Client: Ei Group, one of the largest UK pub chains with a portfolio of over 4000 properties

The Challenge
  • Working at actively tenanted sites with minimal disruption.
  • Providing a broad range of services across a wide service area.
  • Keeping the property portfolio up to current regulation standards.
  • Delivering rapid response reactive maintenance where necessary.
  • A comprehensive reactive and planned maintenance service across the portfolio.
  • Strict adherence to KPIs agreed with the client.

Client: Derwent FM, a large organisation primarily managing student accommodation sites across the country.
The Challenge
  • Working whilst occupants are on-site, maintaining housekeeping and smooth relationships with residents and stakeholders.
  • Logistically complex, multi-floor site without lift access.
  • Rip out and installation of 48nr kitchens and 128nr bathrooms.
  • M&E works across 5 3-floor student blocks.
  • Avoid disruption to residents staying at the site.
  • Extensive planning and careful management of the project.
