Client: Derwent FM, a large organisation primarily managing student accommodation sites across the country.

  • Working whilst occupants are on-site, maintaining housekeeping and smooth relationships with residents and stakeholders.
  • Logistically complex, multi-floor site without lift access.
  • Rip out and installation of 48nr kitchens and 128nr bathrooms.
  • M&E works across 5 3-floor student blocks.
  • Avoid disruption to residents staying at the site.
