Thwaites moved their brewery, stables and head office to Sykes Holt which also gave them the space to create an all encapsulated visitor centre. The interior scheme incorporated an existing listed building which dates back to 1540, the fit out of a new training pub, cellar, conference room, tack room as well as the supply and installation of all decorative features and furniture.
